What we process

Text, photos and documents you submit are sent to our AI translation provider (Anthropic) to produce the translation. If you are signed in, the source text and translation are stored in your history so you can find them again. Guests' translations are not stored.

Usage records

For every request we record metadata — time, languages, character and token counts, and a one-way hash of your IP address — to enforce daily limits and keep the service healthy. Administrators can see this metadata but not the content of your translations.

Your control

You can delete individual items, clear your whole history, or permanently delete your account and everything linked to it from the Account page at any time.

Sensitive material

AI translation can make mistakes. For legal, medical or other high-stakes documents, have the result reviewed by a qualified translator before relying on it.
